This year marks a remarkable milestone for Horizon Express Ltd — 17 years of connecting communities across Rwanda's Southern Province.
Since our founding on 23rd June 2006 in Huye District, we have grown from a small regional carrier to the leading public transport company serving all Southern Province districts.
Over the past 17 years, we have carried millions of passengers safely to their destinations. We have expanded our fleet, added new routes, and launched complementary services including our nationwide courier service through Horizontal Ltd.
